The essential king room provided a comfortable haven with a large bed and ample space. The staff's friendliness truly enhanced our experience.
The city view was nice, but some aspects felt a tad outdated.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to Rocketmortgage Stadium and nearby restaurants. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep. However, the room felt a bit cramped for a couple, limiting our overall experience. Although we appreciated the wine happy hour, the dining options could use more variety beyond classic fried fish to truly enhance the stay.

Great vibes and comfy stay!
Super convenient location in the heart of downtown! The staff went above and beyond, with complimentary cocktails and even a guitar to jam on. My room was cozy and modern, but I wish the bathroom had more towels. Don't miss Parker's for a delicious meal. I had an amazing filet mignon there.

More assistance with luggage handling would be helpful.

Comfortable bed and friendly valet but shower door let water all over the floor.

The location was fantastic, with great attractions nearby and just a short walk to the baseball stadium. I really appreciated the wine happy hour they offered, it added a nice touch to our stay. Although the bathroom design could use a rethink due to the water mess from the half door, we still had a comfortable experience overall. The bed was particularly cozy, which made for restful nights after exploring the city.

I hit the jackpot with Mabel's BBQ just a quick stroll away—some of the best ‘cue I’ve savored. Plus, the wine hour at the hotel? Pure magic! Gotta love that Cleveland vibe. They also had a solid breakfast spot onsite with top-notch staff, even when they were busy!
The room promised a city view, but I was greeted with a not-so-glamorous view of HVAC units. Talk about a letdown! Thankfully, Jana the manager came through and sorted out a new room, but we lost a night’s stay in the process.

Stylish Hotel with Complaints about Cleanliness
I had a great stay at this stylish hotel in downtown Cleveland. The location was perfect, with key attractions just a short walk away. However, I was disappointed to find the shower head was dirty and I encountered some flies in my room, which overshadowed my otherwise pleasant experience. I also appreciated their complimentary wine hour in the evenings, which was a nice touch.

There were occasional noise disturbances from outside.

Perfect for Family with Kids
The lobby has a cozy fireplace that warmed us up from the icy cold outside! Plus, the room was spacious and spotless.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but good enough I’d say.
